Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support our client strategy team in entering client order information into the financial system.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance. Additionally, they must possess a solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume client orders on time accurately, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
  • Escalate issues and concerns with urgency and clarity to minimize delays and risks proactively.
  • Audit accounting outputs to ensure precision, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Meet tight deadlines consistently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Accounting and Client Strategy teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and continuously search for ways to enhance service delivery.
  • Uphold high standards of organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking to maintain data integrity.
  • Handle additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively under multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Superior attention to detail, with a proven ability to deliver accurate work consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
