Job Description:

At Quess, we are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the SAP Data Management Strategy aligned with our business applications and IT services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SAP data management strategy that ensures seamless integration with Snowflake and other data platforms within our ecosystem.
  • Oversee data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality initiatives within SAP environments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and SOX.
  • Design and implement SAP data security policies, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP data architecture for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with Private Equity and Investment teams to ensure SAP data alignment with financial and operational reporting needs.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, transformation, and cleansing for SAP projects, leveraging expertise in AI/ML-based data classification, analytics, and automation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Data Management, MDM, and Data Governance roles, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Data Services, and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes, with experience integrating SAP data with Snowflake, ServiceNow, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with RBAC, data security frameworks, and compliance regulations, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML-based data classification, analytics, and automation is desirable, along with strong technical knowledge of data architectures and data engineering principles.
