As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in creating exceptional digital products and services that balance user needs with business requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop experience concepts, journey maps, user stories, product roadmaps, and initial product features.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with creative leads and project managers across different time zones.
  • Work on various digital projects simultaneously, including websites, apps, interactive media, and other user-centric products.
  • Execute projects with high attention to detail, on time and within budget.
  • Develop user-centered design strategies that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
  • Support the entire UX/UI design process, from concept and wireframing to prototyping and final design, focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable agency, technology company, or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, interactive media, etc.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
