Key Finance Leadership Role

The Finance Team Lead is a crucial position in our organization, overseeing the financial aspects of our business. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, regulations, and tax laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  1. Analyze the company's financial situation to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop strategic plans to optimize financial performance based on the analysis.
Tax Compliance
  1. Prepare and submit accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  2. Maintain adherence to current tax laws and regulations.
Audit Services
  1. Conduct thorough financial audits, reviews, and compilations.
  2. Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
Financial Reporting
  1. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) following GAAP.
Strategic Financial Consulting
  1. Provide expert financial advice to senior management.
  2. Offer recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting
  1. Assist in developing realistic budgets and financial forecasts.
Client Relations
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Deliver personalized financial solutions and address client concerns.
Compliance Assurance
  1. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial and tax regulations.
  2. Maintain ongoing client compliance.
Requirements:
  • This is a full-time, hybrid work schedule position.
  • The ideal candidate will be available to work 5 days a week, with 2 days off as needed.
  • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Candidates must not be presently employed by another company.
Essential Skills:
  • CPA License
  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient use of accounting software and financial tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
