Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the AI or tech industry.
  3. Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning pipelines, and data science workflows.
  4. Experience with project management software and operational metrics tools.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in AI ethics and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
