Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Illustrator to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality technical drawings. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CAD software.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to collaborate with a dynamic team of designers and play a key role in supporting project success.

Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and detailed technical drawings from hand sketches and specifications.
  • Refine and format CAD drawings for client presentation, ensuring consistency with company standards.
  • Edit schematic drawings based on feedback and revisions.
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including dimensions, door and window sizes, electrical plans, and more.
  • Revise floor plans and layouts in response to redline markups.
  • Ensure precision and consistency in every drawing update.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Technical Illustrator or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups.
  • Ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches and translate them into precise CAD files.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
