Direct Response Creative Strategist Opportunity

We're looking for a creative expert who can develop high-performing ad concepts, drive conversions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Create 15-25 innovative ad concepts per week tailored to Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Write compelling direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Develop ad concepts for various stages of the funnel – cold, warm, and hot traffic
  • Source content from user-generated content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces
  • Analyze performance data and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions
  • Maintain clarity, speed, and attention to detail while working across multiple products and avatars
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct response or performance creative roles (e-commerce brand, agency, or affiliate)
  • In-depth knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong ability to write engaging direct response copy – especially for Meta video ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
  • Experience working with UGC creators and content sourcing platforms
  • Able to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality
  • Fast, detail-oriented, self-managed – thrives in a remote, high-speed environment
  • Strong grasp of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging
