Job Description

An Influencer Outreach Specialist is sought to build and manage relationships with influencers and UGC creators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Guide influencers to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases products and benefits effectively.
  • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to Instagram comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends.
