  • Improve automation tools and processes in collaboration with development teams.
  • Produce and maintain deployment, implementation, and run-book plans.
  • Plan and communicate the release calendar with stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Owners to manage dependencies and align roadmaps with release schedules.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software release management for SaaS and in-house applications.
  • Strong knowledge of deployment, configuration, testing, and release management in agile environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including tools like GitHub and Jenkins (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate releases with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools (preferred).
