Our AI Safety Services team helps model builders ship responsibly without losing speed. We seek a Marketing Manager who can generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and cement TaskUs as the trusted voice of safe AI.

Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions teams, you will plan and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won. Your mission is to turn TaskUs into the first name executives think of when they need support achieving safe, scalable AI solutions.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Fill the funnel: Drive qualified leads and influence annual pipeline through targeted programs.

  • Speed the sales cycle: Equip sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow ACV.

  • Amplify awareness: Turn TaskUs from AI's best-kept secret into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own field & ABM programs - executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, micro-campaigns—mapped to account plans and vertical motions.

  • Partner with Sales & Product to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences.

  • Manage the calendar of in-person and virtual events end-to-end: budget, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

  • Create & curate content: collaborate with Product Marketing and SMEs to package case studies, playbooks, and outbound sequences.

  • Measure what matters: Track MQL, SQL, Opportunity progression, attribution, and ROI; refine programs based on data.

  • Maintain ops hygiene: Work with RevOps to keep Salesforce and lead-routing rules clean and actionable.

Experiences You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-focused professional services, owning programs end-to-end.

  • Success running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.

  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and project tools like Asana.
