The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field and 1-2 years of experience as a Building Premises Head, preferably for small or medium-sized properties. A track record of managing and leading building operations, a small team of maintenance, and staff is also essential.

You will be responsible for managing and leading building operations, supervising a small team of maintenance staff, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and upper management, and preparing and submitting reports on building conditions and required maintenance.
