Are you a technical expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class technical support to high-profile clients and ensure successful deployment and operation of cloud-based solutions.

This role requires expertise in AWS services and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support for cloud-based platforms hosted on AWS/Azure
  • Managing and supporting large-scale deployments of services across enterprise environments
  • Collaborating with consulting teams for seamless handovers from implementation to support
  • Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving product issues efficiently
  • Reviewing and validating templates based on client needs
  • Meeting with clients to resolve technical issues and propose interim solutions
  • Supporting internal IT systems and AWS environments
  • Participating in weekly meetings with R&D to evaluate product updates and bug fixes
  • Conducting regression and functionality testing on new software builds

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in technical or software support, proficiency in AWS services, and strong communication skills. They must be fluent in English, have a high sense of ownership, and excellent documentation and organizational skills.
