We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer Lead to contribute to our organization's success. As a key team member, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality software solutions.

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you will take ownership of complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and managers to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using modern software development methodologies.
    • Evaluate the feasibility of project requirements and propose effective solutions.
    • Define system specifications and implement reliable programming practices.
    • Develop and maintain clear documentation, diagrams, and well-structured code.
    • Improve operational efficiency by analyzing systems and recommending process enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on project goals and progress.
    • Participate in regular check-ins and design discussions to ensure shared understanding.
    • Share expertise through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
  • Education and Expertise
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
    • 3+ years of experience leading or owning complex projects.
    • Proficient in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
    • Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs (design and implementation).
    • Proficient in SQL and familiar with DBMS technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).

    • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
What Makes a Successful Candidate
  • Experience integrating with various ERP/CRM/HRMS platforms and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
