Lead Software Architect

Quantrics is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Full-Stack Developer to play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for the biggest telecommunications, tech, and media corporation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development team in automating the integration of a 3rd party software application with the internal data infrastructure. They will review and modernize existing automation design using microservice architecture, ensuring codebase support and stability.
Candidates should also have experience collaborating with domain SME teams to implement enrichment and rules for proper automation integration, educating non-development team members on software development best practices, presenting and updating designs to other developers for review and feedback, and working closely with a scrum team.
Required skills include 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software developer experience in multiple languages (Python, C#, SQL, Javascript, VueJS, Angular, NodeJS), 2+ years of experience driving software architecture & engineering best practices (SOLID or clean coding practices), 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure, and 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments.
Preferred qualifications include Data ETL experience, Wireless Telecom experience, Agile/Scrum team experience, Cloud experience, and the ability to coach junior developers. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or closely related discipline is required.
