We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our Global FP&A community.

This role involves working as part of a collaborative team of innovative thinkers, contributing to strategic initiatives and helping SL Leadership tackle complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing diverse data sets to provide insights and identify connections that support specific business questions
  • Developing new business models based on analytical interpretations of strategic intent
  • Leveraging financial and non-financial data to inform strategic decisions
  • Harnessing financial tech tools and digitalization to modernize the finance function
Requirements
  • Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
  • Proficient in using AI tools for data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey complex data in a clear, concise manner
About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a highly team-oriented approach.
