Our sales organization focuses on business development, where new opportunities are generated. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation & qualification to drive new business and expand existing business by conducting outreach into companies across the US and speaking with key decision-makers about their integration needs and initiatives.

You will prospect, nurture, and identify qualified opportunities to bolster the sales pipeline. This includes managing and creating outbound campaigns, identifying key players, and conducting initial sales conversations to generate interest.

To drive meaningful conversations, you will acquire an in-depth knowledge of ICPs and Key Personas. You will also evaluate potential accounts and identify key players aligned with ongoing marketing and sales campaigns.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally.

You will work independently, as well as part of a team, to create personalized emails to engage prospects & accounts and utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities.
