As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for improving and implementing our recruitment process. You will work closely with the HR manager and other internal managers to assess candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and determine whether candidates will proceed to the next stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates
  2. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
  3. Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
  4. Maintain a database of employees for future vacancies
  5. Use web-based technology and online job platforms to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
  6. Analyze recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommend improvements or changes
  7. Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
  8. Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database

Requirements:

  1. 2+ Years of experience as a recruiter
  2. Must be willing to work the night shift
  3. Must have good communication skills
  4. Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates
