About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at ETeam PH. This is a 6-month contract based in India.

As a key member of our Global Candidate Experience Team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily recruiting efforts within the framework of our global recruitment strategy. Your primary objective will be to ensure every candidate who interviews at Atlassian has a positive and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment processes and contributing to candidate experience programs
  • Responding to recruitment-related inquiries and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a sense of urgency, and build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates.

You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English proficiency. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing your workload effectively.

About You

To be considered for this position, you should have at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition support. You should also be familiar with supporting global teams and be flexible to work in shifts.

In terms of skills, you should have superior customer service skills, be resourceful in hunting for information, and be unafraid to ask questions. Attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation accuracy, is essential in this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
