We are seeking a seasoned Senior Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Adaca, a pioneering firm bridging software development solutions between Australia and the Philippines.

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code. You will integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic, identifying performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack web applications that deliver high-quality healthcare outcomes
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in Ruby on Rails code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and other relevant libraries
  • Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, coding practices, and database concepts
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a senior developer, with demonstrated examples of contribution to technical design, implementation, and testing
