Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to drive quality at every stage of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our software products meet or exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience testing, building, and supporting web applications, as well as working with agile development teams. They will also have strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate reports of test results and errors detected
  • Define priorities and plan tests of system requirements
  • Document functionalities of systems in both quality control process and software development cycle
  • Communicate issues with appropriate level of urgency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5+ years testing, building, or supporting web applications
  • Experience testing APIs and client applications
  • Experience with using ticketing systems such as Jira or similar
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to build, lead, and inspire teams
