Senior Investment Expert

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving initiatives to educate and update financial advisors and clients about investments.
The successful candidate will engage distributors/customers, ensuring timely dissemination of market and portfolio information. They will provide necessary support for seminars, conference calls, and branch visits with financial advisors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Education and Updates
Analyze communication gaps and develop alternative channels or modes to bridge these gaps. Undertake and supervise initiatives for continually educating and updating the Sales team, Financial Advisors, and clients on investments and financial markets.
- Relationship Management
Nurture and manage relationships with key distribution channels, ensuring resolution of queries/issues regarding investment-related matters. Build relationships and trust by providing solutions to issues related to Unit-Linked/Investment matters.
- Product Development
Participate in product development, especially brainstorming for new mandate ideas. Ensure new product offerings align with market needs and are competitive to attract new portfolio inflows.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, managing the premier customer segment. Knowledge of financial products is essential; insurance experience is preferred. Experience in sales and marketing is required. A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred, and communication experience is a plus.
