Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Taking: Professionally answer incoming calls, greet customers, and introduce yourself. Accurately record customer orders, upsell or suggest additional items when appropriate, and clearly repeat the order back to the customer to confirm accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer questions regarding menu items, restaurant policies, and promotions. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders promptly and professionally. Handle any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Data Entry & Annotation: Accurately enter customer order data into the provided system. Annotate recordings as per established guidelines, using a natural conversational tone and ensuring minimal background noise. Follow scripting requirements for consistent service quality.
  • Additional Tasks: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant menus, promotions, and policies. Adhere to all company procedures and standards for order processing and customer service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills. Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and restaurant ordering software.
  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing for efficient data entry.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
