Job Overview

The Graphic Design Specialist will support a team across multiple accounts, working on brand identity, campaign creative, and day-to-day design needs.

This role requires outstanding taste and design intuition, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital/social work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is also essential.

You'll collaborate daily with Sydney teams, contributing to projects for Australia's fashion, beauty, and retail brands. Your tasks will include designing and developing creative assets across digital, social, brand identity, campaigns, and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team in creating brand identity, campaign creative, and day-to-day design needs
  • Develop creative assets across digital, social, brand identity, campaigns, and retail
  • Collaborate with Sydney teams on projects for fashion, beauty, and retail brands

Culturally aware and inspired by fashion, beauty, and lifestyle aesthetics, you should be able to work remotely with excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in design within an agency, studio, or brand environment
  • Outstanding taste and design intuition, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital/social work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
