Position Overview:

As a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer, you will join our growing eCommerce team and play a pivotal role in creating high-quality digital assets for marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Shopify landing pages, and Klaviyo email flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Update and design premium Shopify landing pages for a seamless user experience
  • Develop engaging assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows
  • Ensure all designs adhere to existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
  • Interpret and execute design briefs efficiently with a focus on performance and detail
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee creative alignment across channels
  • Produce high-quality visual assets in Figma with pixel-perfect precision
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping
  • Proven ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, including an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
  • Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), with a focus on UX, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency
  • Solid background in email design (Klaviyo experience preferred), including both campaign and flow-based marketing
  • Ability to comprehend performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs
  • Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable
  • Ability to interpret and follow creative direction with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and English comprehension skills for clear collaboration with remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work at speed without compromising quality, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic marketing metrics and creative testing (A/B testing, CTR, etc.) is a significant advantage
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but Figma is essential
