Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review: Carefully review and score AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Suggest Improvements: Provide actionable feedback using natural language examples to enhance model performance.
  • Model Evaluation: Conduct thorough A/B testing, ranking, scoring, and annotation to assess model effectiveness.
  • Safety Flagging: Identify and flag content that poses safety concerns, such as toxicity, hallucinations, or policy violations.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Requirements
  • Linguistic Expertise: Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified and proficient English reading and writing skills are essential.
  • Availability: Must be available to work 10+ hours per week and have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Technical Requirements: Possess a personal computer with a stable internet connection and a strong attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills: Dependable, communicative, and capable of meeting deadlines, with general awareness of current events and cultural nuances in the target language region.
