We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Broadridge Connectivity Solutions Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services and a proven track record of implementing automation tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SRE practices, focusing on service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators (SLIs), and monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of automation tools and processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Participate in the identification and resolution of system outages and emergencies, and assist in root cause analysis to mitigate future incidents.
  • Support capacity planning and system design efforts to ensure infrastructure meets growing demands.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support aligned solutions and operational standards.
  • Assist in optimizing observability tools, such as Datadog, Splunk, and CloudWatch, to gain actionable insights into system performance and health.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., SSM, CloudFormation, ECS, EKS, Lambda).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) with experience on Linux/Windows platforms.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to learn and adapt new technologies.
