Software Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software developer to join our team. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining digital products that meet the needs of our customers.

  • You will translate user stories into functional applications, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • You will work closely with designers, testers, and backend developers to deliver engaging user interfaces and ensure seamless integration between web and mobile applications.
  • You will produce high-quality code on aggressive deadlines, prioritizing performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • You will identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to resolve these issues and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

  • You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • You have experience in Agile/Scrum process, language, and ceremonies.
  • You have knowledge in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
  • You have experience in using NodeJS, modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. ReactJS), and commonly used libraries.
  • You have experience in using JEST and React Testing libraries.
  • You have a solid understanding of API, microservice, and integration concepts and technologies, such as REST, JSON, XML.
  • You have excellent analytical, technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • You have a solid history of always improving your knowledge and skills and improving processes for your organization.
  • You can communicate ideas clearly and respond in a timely manner.
  • You are a self-starter who can independently acquire the knowledge required to succeed in your job.
