We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Unilever team as a Key Account Executive. This role will focus on accelerating online ice cream sales across relevant channels and driving the digital commerce agenda within the internal teams and across the broader Customer Development (CD) team of Selecta.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital commerce/e-commerce in a marketing or sales capacity, and a background/exposure in digital commerce and/or performance marketing. They will also possess strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
In this role, you will collect data on total online sales performance, analyze it, and tell stories through business reviews with customer teams. You will also deliver perfect store online experiences, execute brilliant demand-generating campaigns, and handle operational concerns.
As a Key Account Executive, you will partner directly with online marketplace aggregators and e-commerce retailers to help deliver joint business plans and cement Selecta as industry leaders for digital commerce. Internally, you will work cross-functionally with our global teams, shopper and channel marketing, and other CD teams to evangelize Ice Cream Digital Commerce and develop capabilities in quick commerce, B2B, and other relevant platforms and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas- Create and execute high-impact joint business plans with key customer partners.
- Unlock revenue streams by acquiring new partners and expanding store networks.
- Bring shopper and channel marketing ideas to life through brilliant campaign executions.
- Ensure quality availability and healthy conversion funnel metrics through perfect store online.
- Data collection, analysis, and storytelling through business reviews with customer teams.
- Drive strategic partnerships with regular cadence meetings and manage digital commerce agreements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with global ICDC team and other internal stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital commerce/e-commerce in a marketing or sales capacity.
- Familiar with best practices and has working knowledge of key online platform/media KPIs and associated analytics.
- Background/exposure in digital commerce and/or performance marketing.
- FMCG exposure is a plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Highly operational with high attention to details.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
