About the Role

As the E-commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales and digital strategy. Based in Cubao, Quezon City, this full-time position will see you leading the development and execution of innovative e-commerce initiatives to enhance the brand's digital presence and drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the company's e-commerce platform, including website optimisation, content creation, and user experience improvements
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost online sales, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media campaigns
  • Analyse website and sales data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for growth, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless online customer experience
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of e-commerce initiatives and inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's online presence

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Proficient in website management, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and the ability to create engaging online experiences
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for the latest e-commerce trends and a desire to continuously learn and stay ahead of the curve
