Job Title:

Head of Security

">Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site position located in Quezon City. The Director of Security is primarily responsible for the organization's strategic security operations and company guard force management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure security compliance audit
  2. Lead and conduct investigations for internal and external cash losses
  3. Pursue loss prevention and recovery
  4. Implement and observe security procedures
  5. Ensure CGF training in accordance with RA 5487
  6. Maintain CGF Licensee and firearm bond custodian status
  7. Facilitate and oversee firearms management
  8. Conduct overt and covert surveillance
  9. Manage police relations
  10. Evaluate performance of ISU, Control and CGF managers
  11. Provide monthly security reports to Group Security, President and Excom
  12. Provide shortage and overspend updates to the President and Excom
  13. Support ISU personnel in conducting applicant vetting and employee re-vetting
