We're looking for a talented Senior Payroll Manager to join our growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and working closely with Eucalyptus' Payroll Vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of Philippine Payroll.
  • Partnering with Payroll Vendors to ensure payroll deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with local tax laws, company policies & procedures, and statutory changes.
  • Advising the business on payroll best practices & solutions within the Philippine context, and implementing these accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Philippines payroll management, with substantial experience leading payroll operations in a team environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in implementing new time and attendance (T&A) systems, payroll systems, and handling business transfers efficiently and accurately.
