Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our research team as a Market Intelligence Analyst. This is a remote, full-time role that involves gathering market intelligence through online research and direct phone outreach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of spoken and written English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include calling local apartment communities to verify and update property information, conducting online research to gather rental and occupancy data, tracking development pipelines, identifying property sales and listings, and inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls, and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
