SAP Finance Transformation Project Lead

As a seasoned SAP Finance transformation project lead, you will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects. Your expertise in finance and project management will enable you to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client financial transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across SAP Finance modules and technical streams.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with CFOs, finance controllers, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills:
- 10–12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP Signavio, SAP Datasphere, or SAP LeanIX.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
