The Client Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing client orders, financial data, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Enter client order information into the financial system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Monitor and audit financial outputs to detect any discrepancies or errors, performing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order status and progress, ensuring open communication and transparency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Experience working with financial software and systems, including Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
