We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Recruitment Expert to lead our recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for client management, end-to-end recruitment, and people management.

Job Summary:

  • You will partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • With expertise in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to deployment, you will guide the recruitment team to achieve efficient and timely results.
  • You will also be responsible for managing internal trackers and database to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a graduate degree in BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or consultancy with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle a team are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Amenability to travel and work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City is necessary.
