Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Senior Recruitment Manager at foodpanda Philippines, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and supporting the hiring efforts across various levels and roles within the organization.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those requirements.
  • Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment will enable you to oversee the entire process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborating with the People and Culture Team, you will contribute to the development of standardized recruitment processes and ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • No less than 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the tech/e-commerce industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and account management skills, with a proven track record of accountability.
  • Prior experience in people management is an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of the recruitment process and hands-on exposure to various stages are essential.
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools such as Taleo, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, etc., is an added benefit.
