Site Operations Manager

Job Description:

A dynamic organization is seeking an accomplished Site Operations Manager to lead instrumentation-related construction activities on-site. As the key figure responsible for ensuring project success, you will oversee all instrumentation installation and maintenance operations to guarantee compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and supervisors, you will facilitate seamless project execution by coordinating tasks and resources efficiently. Regular inspections of instrumentation work are crucial in this role to identify areas requiring improvement and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 7 years of experience in instrumentation construction supervision within the GCC region. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as expertise in instrumentation systems and equipment, are essential for success in this position.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and coordinate instrumentation installation and maintenance activities
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Conduct regular inspections of instrumentation work to maintain quality and safety standards
    • Manage procurement of necessary materials and equipment for instrumentation tasks
    • Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on instrumentation practices and safety regulations
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
    • At least 7 years of experience in instrumentation construction supervision within the GCC region
    • Strong understanding of instrumentation systems and equipment
