Marketing Position

This position offers the opportunity to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels.

A key focus will be on social media and Google Ads, requiring a solid understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale campaigns and clients with budgets exceeding $100k per month.

  • Responsibilities include auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs, collaborating with channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies, and determining budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  • Research and analysis of prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment are also essential skills.
  • Forecasting and pressure-testing projections to align with business objectives is another critical task.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of cross-channel marketing program management experience is required.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels is crucial.
  • Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients with significant budgets is necessary.
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels, audience insight tools, and project management software such as Asana and Slack is also necessary.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Appraisal production (10+/mo) is expected.
  • A win rate of 50%+ is desired.
  • Percent of appraised GP to won GP (70%+) is a key target.
