Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team.

Key responsibilities include preparing and lodging forms and documentation, tracking implementation tasks, managing internal databases, drafting emails, and assisting with report generation.

  • Preparing and lodging forms and documentation as directed by the financial planning team.
  • Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items.
  • Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements.
  • Drafting emails and client correspondence for adviser review.
  • Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks.
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan customers.
  • Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft.
