About the Job

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive online experiences that elevate our brand. Your primary goal will be to create interactive experiences that validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX, and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
  • Craft detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines to bridge designers and engineers.
  • Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with the brand, bringing high standards of user experience to life.
  • Elevate the design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve usability and visual appeal.
  • Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications for a smooth transition between design and development teams.
  • Grow the design system by tailoring it to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Map out the user journey through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showcasing best UI design work.
  • Strong handle on design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with design systems and ability to add own touch and make them better.
  • Proficiency in prototyping using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to detail with an eagle eye for crafting flawless design solutions.
