Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design across the product, including landing pages, in-app dashboards, conversion flows, and feature interfaces.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and turn insights into elegant, intuitive design solutions that drive engagement and results.
  • Define and evolve the visual brand identity, owning the creation of marketing assets, campaign visuals, and new brand directions as we grow.

Beyond product design, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience leading UI/UX design for complex products and services.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to craft compelling, user-centered experiences.
  • A deep understanding of human behavior, psychology, and design principles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and platforms.
