About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in collaboration and automation, engineering, and architectural design with a focus on cloud infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-impact automations across departments to improve turnaround time and process reliability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows using AWS-native tools and best practices.

  • Provide support for Jira and Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.

  • Plan, execute, and support complex AWS cloud migrations with workload assessments, strategy design, and post-migration optimization.

  • Integrate user onboarding with Okta and Active Directory, significantly improving provisioning and access management.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Jira experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service.

  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the Microsoft Power family of tools, particularly Power Automate.

  • Familiarity in security and compliance within cloud environments.
