Job Description

The role of an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect is a highly strategic position that requires the delivery of successful enhancements for the HCM Cloud suite. The candidate will work closely with the functional team to deliver technical backlogs in at least two Oracle HCM Cloud Suite implementations.

  • The selected candidate will play a hands-on role in resolving issues in implementation projects, building POCs, and working on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
  • A strong understanding of HCM Cloud modules is required to design and build solutions. Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM, including configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards, is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, developing, and overseeing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
  • Familiarity with delivering the Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features is also necessary.
  • Experience in resolving performance issues in data migration, integration, and reporting tracks, including knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula, is desirable.

Requirements

  • 7 years' experience in Architect Reporting Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
  • 7 years' experience developing and implementing integrations using HCM extracts and BIP.
  • 4 years of Oracle cloud data model knowledge in HCM and Finance.
  • Multiple technical areas expertise is required, along with exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS/PaaS, Oracle Visual Builder tech toolsets, and subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules & tool sets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA, etc.).
  • A good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Web Services, and familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies are necessary.
  • Nice to have foundation-level knowledge of OCI as well as exposure to ODA in a technical capacity.
  • The selected candidate should have worked as a technical lead/architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
  • Leading tech delivery of Upgrades, Implementations, and Re-implementations of HCM SaaS is also required.
  • A working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST) is necessary.
  • Must have deep understanding of HCM SAAS data Schema/data model.
  • Should be good with SQL tuning apart from best practices to be followed in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI & Fast Formulas.
  • Foundational knowledge in AI/ML is desirable.
