We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants to lead and deliver innovative Human Capital Management solutions. This role involves both functional and technical expertise, providing an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects while staying at the forefront of industry practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Functional Role:

4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.

Expertise in recruitment, configuration support, business analysis, and systems integration.

Proficient in Oracle Core HR modules and HCM Cloud skills (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, etc.).

Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and deployment activities.

Client-facing experience in diverse industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.

Technical Role:

2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor.

Proficient in HCM Data Conversion, ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, and Reporting tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI, OBIEE, and ODI.

Technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.

Proven ability to manage teams or lead technical projects.

Experience with other SaaS HCM products is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a relevant field.

Oracle Cloud Certification is a significant advantage.

PPSM Certifications.

Strong project management skills and experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
