Accounting and Financial Planning Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Financial Planning professional to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close, maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, and performing hands-on transactional bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning
  • Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst or equivalent role, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
