Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products throughout their lifecycle. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to identify and document defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute thorough test plans to guarantee the highest level of quality for our software applications.
- IDentify, document, and replicate reported defects to facilitate swift resolution and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to promptly address bugs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update internal knowledge bases to reflect the latest product updates and changes.
- Report performance issues and contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing the overall user experience.
- Participate actively in company-led improvement programs and initiatives to drive growth and excellence.
