Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead our team's cloud-focused infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments using Azure Entra ID, IAM, and Security Groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud services, focusing on Azure Entra ID, IAM, and Security Groups.
  • Configure and monitor Enterprise App SSO configurations (SAML, OAuth, conditional access).
  • Tune Monitor, Log Analytics, and alert/action group settings.
  • Support Windows/Linux server management, configuration, performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee hybrid environment management, including Active Directory, VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS, and cloud storage operations.
  • Implement and support RMM and patching workflows, utilizing patch orchestration and remote support utilities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft cloud-focused infrastructure role.
  • 5+ years of experience in VMware vSphere and hybrid storage environments.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a GxP or regulated client environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service workflows (incident, change, problem).
  • Strong understanding of security principles and the principle of least privilege.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and project-capable individual.
