Job Opportunity

As a key player in our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to create engaging ad creatives that drive results.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to develop a seamless content flow across various platforms.

This role involves partnering with design and media production teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns, sourcing and managing UGC creators, and translating campaign objectives into actionable creative briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-performing creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance metrics and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UGC and short-form content trends to ensure ads remain relevant and engaging.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing with a proven track record in producing successful UGC-led video ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what drives content conversion.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative streams simultaneously.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics and a passion for data analysis.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
