Payroll Analyst Job

About the Role

This position is responsible for validating and processing data inputs for payroll and time tracking systems, handling queries through our ServiceNow ticketing system, and supporting the continuous improvement journey by streamlining and centralizing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness in payroll and time tracking systems.
  • Provide timely responses to employee queries via our ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Perform general HR/Payroll administrative tasks, including documentation, training, and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Completed at least 2 years of College, Vocational or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
  • Familiarity with ADP Celergo, CloudPay, or other payroll software is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and/or French is highly preferred.
  • An agile and flexible mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
