Job Description:

As a key player in our global marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and attract top talent to our organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to develop and execute content plans that meet our global hiring needs. Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Create high-quality content across various social media platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of content campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience

Experience:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably with knowledge of multiple platforms (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, and proofreading
